Recognized early in her practice as a leader and an innovator, Dr. Young was named to the Kansas City Business Journal‘s annual “Forty under 40,” a list of up-and-coming community leaders. She was named as one of Squire Magazine‘s “Top Doctors” in 1998 and 2002 and has been named a “Super Doctor” every year since 2006. In 2021 she was voted the Cosmetic Surgeon in Kansas City in the Pitch Magazine.
